About the Founder
Founder & Executive Director
Tracy Washington is a speaker, leadership consultant, author, coach, and the founder and Executive Director of Moms Raising Successful Sons. She brings two things to this work that cannot be manufactured: lived experience and proven results.
As a single mother who raised two sons while building a professional career in leadership and organizational development, Tracy made a quiet, deliberate decision: she would be present, resourceful, and relentless on behalf of her sons — and she would build a community around them that reflected the men she intended them to become.
Her sons, Isaiah and Brandon — now successful businessmen, fathers, and mentors — are co-founders of MRSS. What Tracy built in her home, she and her sons turned into a structure every family can access.
